DT- 60 Series Mask making machine consists of 4 main parts one of which is the press , being the most important part of the system. The entire production line becomes whole once the other parts are integrated to the press.
Fabric Feeding Unit
The production line starts with a fabric feeding unit which is designed to stand detached, to install the fabric rolls upon with tension adjustment mechanism. This unit can contain 3 up to 3 rolls of nonwoven fabric with 25 cm width and 70 cm diameter.
Fabric Folding Unit
There is a fabric folding apparatus mounted on the press where the fabric goes through before it is fed into the press. This part allows to adjust the width of the folds as well as the positioning of the fabric.
DT-60 Press Machine
Anti-slide belt control and pnumatic press allows to obtain perfect results. Additional belts installed eliminates the risk of unwanted folding traces as well as prolonge the life expectancy of the main belt. The width of the belt varies from 40 cm , 60 cm to 80 cm. The upper and lower heating unit mechanism generates the heat necessary to make the folding. Electronic thermostat allows the user to tune the heat adjustment. Silicone scraper at the exit of the press enables the end product to be moved easily and removes any fabric attached on the belt.
Fabric Cutter Unit
The last part of the mask production line is the fabric cutter unit which user may control with an LCD screen attached on it. Fabric cutter allows the user to adjust the width, the production speed where the user can decide whether hot or cold cutting.
In order to enhance the production capacity by double an additional fabric feeding unit, folding apparatus and fabric cutter unit may be installed in the production line.
