
DM Series Transfer Printing Machine
DM Series transfer printing machines are produced with 3 different drum diameter and 3 different drum width options as follows; Ø400 / Ø600 / Ø1000mm cylinder diameter and 1900/2200/3300 mm. This machine is especially designed and developed, and is focused on solely roll to roll printing. Main usage areas are home textile, curtains, carpets and similars. As all of the other machines manufactured by Diferro, DM Series are also offering multiple configuration options to choose between and ease the printing process, and also bringing convenience.

DRUM SPECIFICATIONS
The drum is made of ST44 drawn steel pipe and all standard models are finished with surface grinding. On request the drum surface can also be plated with either chrome or Teflon. Inside the drum is one single heating unit that consists of three pieces. The drum is filled with transfer heating oil that fills up 60% of the inner volume. The failsafe-switch mechanism helps balance the inner pressure, and will deactivate the machine should there be any issues regarding the gasses generated by heated oil so to avoid injury or damage. The heat sensor is placed on the surface of the drum, this enables more accurate readings and provides better print results. Maximum Working Temperature and Temperature Restrictions can be easily adjusted via the Touch-Screen Panel.
FELT SPECIFICATIONS
100% Nomex industrial felt, which is reinforced with kevlar raw material and does not stretch under any circumstances, is used as felt in all of our machines. The life of the felt varies according to the usage, and the average life is between 1 and 3 years. There is an automatic felt centering system to prevent the felt from slipping to the right or left. The felt tensioning and centering system is pneumatic, and when the air does not come to the machine from the air compressor, the machine automatically slows down to protect the felt and the felt rotates forward for a certain time, then backwards and the machine cools down.

SUBLIMATION PROCESS

STANDART OPTIONS
Drum Scraping
Unwanted materials may stick to the heated drum during the sublimation process and this may effect the print quality. Drum scraper helps to remove these unwanted materials from the drum.
Fabric Straightener
Enables the operator to control the tension the input fabric by a rod installed in the middle of the machine.

Eliminates the static electric generated during the transferring process, to ensure that the users doesn't get harmed. Strongly recommended.

Is a card module installed on the PLC. Provides control over the machine even when you are not around. Enables Diferro to connect to the machine for troubleshooting.

This unit helps guiding the fabric and and centering it in case if it is misfed to the machine and prevents the print output to be damaged.

External Fabric Windup Unit
This unit is for those who want to collect the output printed fabric not on the back of the machine but on an external windup unit. By this way, the operator has more space to work, and the fabric cools of better.

This unit is for the fabrics need crushing. Generally used for laminating.

Generally used for laminating. This crushing roller is just over the drum, instead of outside the machine.
